With protein and a healthy dose of vitamins and the antioxidant benefits, this is our go to for a sweet moment. Enjoy after a balanced meal.
Ingredients
120g Oat or almond flour
1 tsp Matcha powder
30g Crushed pistachios
1 Egg
120 ml Almond milk
Honey to taste
Method
Whisk the almond milk, egg and honey. Add the dry ingredients and fold gently. Pour into a small loaf tin lined with baking paper. Bake at 180c for approx 20 minutes ... test to see if it is cooked by placing a scewer into the middle of the loaf. If it comes out clean the loaf is cooked. Pop back for a few more minutes if not.
