One Lemon gives approx 40 mg of vitamin C. Vitamin C is crucial for immune support. Lemons also contain flavonoids to fight oxidated stress and inflammation. Adding lemons to water or sprinkling on meals is a small ‘add’ that gives big health ‘gains’.
Ingredients

Method
We recommend starting your day with a glass of warm water and lemon juice on the iWellness plans for good reason. Lemon can stimulate bile production and help with digestion. It is an excellent hydrator. It is an ideal first drink of the day after a period of rest and after your digestive system has had a period of ‘fast’.
