Fast, Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

350 g of fresh or frozen Cranberries
2 Oranges juiced
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Nutmeg
3 tbsp Maple syrup or Honey to taste
I pinch of sea Salt

Method

Combine all the ingredients over medium to high heat
Bring the sauce to a simmer until the cranberries soften and burst, this takes around 12-15 minutes Stir with a wooden spatula, remove from the heat.
The sauce will thicken as you let it sit. Serve immediately or store in the fridge where it will keep for many weeks in a glass air tight jar.
