How Much Weight Will I Lose?

Around 1-3lbs per week. The changes you make will also have an effect on your metabolism. This is great news and will set you up for weight loss for life.

Are There Other Benefits Other Than Weight Loss In Following The Programme? 

Yes, mindful eating and eating fresh natural produce sees a vast improvement to blood pressure and cholesterol levels, as well as insulin sensitivity. It’s even said to reduce the risks of certain cancers, heart disease and Alzheimer’s.

In addition to weight loss, our clients have reported :

For How Long Should I Follow The Plan?

Our Six Weeks to Wellness Programme is set as an initial six weeks period, depending on personal goals. Habits start to set in 21 days, whilst they become automatic in 60 days. Most people like two to three of our 6 week programmes, and then continue with our online community to maintain their new habits and inspirations, whilst feeling part of a bonded group to enjoy as and when. 

After the initial six week period, we can evaluate how happy you are, and decide whether you wish to continue to lose or simply maintain your newly found habits. Its entirely up to you!
