For How Long Should I Follow The Plan?

Our Metabolic Balance® programme runs for 12 weeks, depending on personal goals. Habits start to set in 3 weeks, whilst they become a lifestyle within the 12 weeks period. Most people just need one 12 week coaching programme to reach their desired health goals, and then continue with our online community to maintain their new habits and inspirations, whilst feeling part of a bonded group to enjoy as and when they need.

After phase 2, we can evaluate how happy you are, and decide whether you wish to continue to lose or simply maintain your newly found habits. Its entirely up to you!
